Set an appointment for SamCare Express online for a tension headache. They had called and left a message shortly after scheduling that they needed to speak with me urgently before my appointment. Upon returning the call I was asked to describe my symptoms and was then told they aren't equipped to deal with my headache and they'd be cancelling my appointment, even urgent care wouldn't be able to help and to go to the ER because I needed imaging. I came for my 7 year old to get tested for the flu. He was very hard to get out the door of the house and out of the car. We parked and the office lady could see us out of her window sitting in the car confused because of a “for lease” sign on the window. She watched us walk up to the wrong door, and then once we finally found the correct door, proceeded to tell us that we were 8 minutes late and their cutoff time is 7 minutes. I finally decided to go in to be seen for a sore throat that had been bothering me for several days. I got an appointment the same day and was taken back at my exact appointment time. The nurse took my vitals and swabbed my throat. The doctor was in promptly after that to do the exam. I was impressed with the empathy to my symptoms as well as the efficiency of the entire staff. I would recommend SamCare Express to anyone looking for quick care for non urgent symptoms.
