Went in because I was not feeling well and I’ve had cold and flu symptoms for a few days. I was told before I even got called back to the room that they won’t be prescribing me anything to help today without an explanation on why. The nurse took my vitals and told me that it’s probably not a cold so they’re gonna do a Covid test. After the Covid test, she left the room and left my door open to the hall. While they may be able to see you quickly, you may be overcharged for simple visits. I went into urgent care in June of 2025 for what I thought was a UTI. I came in and was told it's best to complete a test so we aren't treating for the wrong infection. I trusted Emily Atharinikrouh to give me appropriate care and went ahead with the test. Keep in mind the test was self-administered and took less than 2 minutes. After leaving the office, my UTI was confirmed within 3 hours of the visit. Set an appointment for SamCare Express online for a tension headache. They had called and left a message shortly after scheduling that they needed to speak with me urgently before my appointment. Upon returning the call I was asked to describe my symptoms and was then told they aren't equipped to deal with my headache and they'd be cancelling my appointment, even urgent care wouldn't be able to help and to go to the ER because I needed imaging.
