I purchased a vehicle in cash towards the opening after the pandemic. Ray was nice. Back in March he texted me that the DMV was reopening. It has been a additional 3 months on top of nearly a year and I have not received my plates or transferred title in my name. He and his son have been ghosting me on texts/emails. I have reminded them they have clearly exceeded the time allotted by law. If anyone else is having this issue, please report to the DMV since it is a dealer, the BBB and go file with the courts. My husband bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado from here, it’s been 5 months and still no plates or title to the truck. Mind this, we got the truck CASH. I Love Love this place!! Ray helped me to get a car really quickly! They purchase was very smooth and easy. I bought a car for my daughter as she is a college student and I was looking for something in my budget. I found the perfect Ford Focus and she loves it!! Thank you all so much!!
Please do not purchase any vehicle from this place! My relative purchased from Ray and never received his title. Then found out their was a lien in place. He was never supposed to sell anything with a lien! Horrible service and fraudulent!!!! Also notice the only 5 star reviews are from the owner Ray Jackson and the two other people he asked to do a review.
