It's hard to believe anyone could give this establishment less than 5 stars. I order almost weekly. I've tried the other non-chain pizzerias in town, and while there are a number of solid choices, I feel Sambino's is the best. Quality ingredients, the best soft, but chewy dough. I'm picky about sauces, too. It always, always, always gets to me consistently hot and fresh. Courteous drivers, always. The food I ordered was not as I ordered it and when I said something they basically took it in the back and just removed. The and gave it back been 2 years since then still won't go there
Staff does not know how to listen to there customers.i ask for super light sauce on my ribs and there like nope and put like three times more sauce on it. Ever time I order from them. At least McDonald's knows how to listen. Maybe you should learn from them.
Got delivery. 3 strike. Every time is something wrong. Cinnamon bread sticks had very little cinnamon and sugar...Taco pizza was pityful curdled sour cream. No sauce little lettuce. Asked well done cuz last time raw...now burnt. Alot of $ for the quality. What happened to this place. No i don't want a call or refund. I said what I said.
Ordered 4 XL Pizzas online for a pool party. Same day. They were hot and ready when I got there to pick them up. Kids said they were delicious!!! Great service by the person at the counter.
