Samaro has no respect for tenants in a house they're trying to sell and its evident David Broadstock completely disregards legislation. Arranging open homes under false pretense, not replying to calls or emails when concerns are raised and unable to provide public liability insurance details after property is damaged during an unlawful entry into the home. Have had to contact Fair Trading as all communication has ceased
Have been waiting 12 months for 90 day defects to be fixed. Some are major including continued blocked sewer, flat stormwater pipes, missing downpipe from gutter, bowed ceiling and many more. Had leaking basins finally fixed after 11 months. Very frustrating with the lack of communication and action from Samaro.

Can not recommend enough! We built with Samaro Homes and could not be happier. We were searching for a builder who focused on quality work and Samaro was perfect. The inspector we hired for our pre inspection even said he hadn't seen a build of such high quality in years. This was evident in the minimal defects upon moving in.
