Welcoming, knowledgeable service and excellent quality rugs. The owner was happy to discuss how I could solve a carpet issue in my home office and suggested a solution that didn’t push for a sale because he “wouldn’t feel comfortable selling [me] something that would solve [my] problem”. I didn’t end up purchasing anything but felt compelled to write a review because it was such a good experience and the quality of the rugs available was exceptional.

Took our rug there to be cleaned and repaired. The staff member helped us alot. Very accommodating to what we need Considering the rug is huge just over $300 to clean up and repair.. Well worth it..

The customer service was exceptional and we were able to find Marble Chess Sets after having no luck in Melbourne. We were able to hear detailed and interesting descriptions of each set and we were given a fair discount on our purchase. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for marble chess sets, rugs or antiques.
