Clinic will not return calls in a timely manner. Office closed earlier than listed (supposed to be open until 4:30pm), when I needed to pick up medical equipment. I needed this medical equipment for proper long term healing after a surgery, but I cant get it because the clinic is closed so much earlier than it should be.
My father was Discharged from the Corvallis Hospital with minimal supplies after questionable care with instructions to follow up with NA WoundCare on May 19th. My mother and I have left multiple messages, with no correspondence back. Seems odd, and I don't understand how "Wound Care" don't care for wounds quicker. It's been since the 9thwhen he was admitted and has only had 2 visits at the hospital from woundcare. Do better! This is people's lives...
Dr. Rasmussen and staff are wonderful. Nice to find a doc with excellent bedside manner, who listens and cares. Short wait times. Easy to schedule. Accommodating.
Was referred here, took over a week to get any care, I had to call them several times to receive treatment.
