I’ve had issues with this office since 2020. Had to deal with them for a pregnancy in 2021, then decided to go to Lincoln city instead in 2023. Now in 2026, they still have the same issues. Scheduling issues, communication issues, rude providers and employees. Felt very seen and taken care of. My concerns were not dismissed and I didn’t have to push for them to refer me for imaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer others here based on my experience so far.

The office staff here is hit or miss with answering phones. You have a 50/50 chance of getting the rudest office person who will hang up on you before you are done asking questions. if you call the clinics number directly they will never answer the phone. Its better to call the hospital and be transferred to the department then you might speak to someone the same day.
