The office staff here is hit or miss with answering phones. You have a 50/50 chance of getting the rudest office person who will hang up on you before you are done asking questions. if you call the clinics number directly they will never answer the phone. Its better to call the hospital and be transferred to the department then you might speak to someone the same day.
I have had nothing but the very best experience with Women's health. Been going there since 2019. They helped me in every possible way, and far beyond. I never doubted for a second that they didn't care about me during my pregnancy. ALL of the staff were very helpful, caring and comforting, through all the anxieties of pregnancy and everything else. I was lucky to bring my sweet rainbow baby in to the world with the help of these wonderful people.
Please do not go here. I have had nothing but issues over the last month. I had an ectopic pregnancy this month and they made this a way more pain experience. Most of the time they are rude and very obviously don't communicate with one another. It is like pulling teeth to try to get them to help you with anything and when they mess up they make it seem like your fault. Go any where else but Samaritan Women's Health. They do not return calls, they do not communicate with the patient or each other. Erica has put off the approval for my presciption for 3 weeks, a prescription she prescribed me herself originally because I couldn't keep fluids down and kept having to be hospitalized for dehydration. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and high risk.
