I was told, they would go above and beyond with insurance and support to get you what you need. 1st time I went in they took forever to get me in a room, then rushed me through and didn't give me all the proper paperwork. Despite the negative review, I actually really like the staff I've worked with at the Weight Management Institute. Dr. Katy Brown in particular has been really amazing, and I heavily recommend her for anyone struggling with traditional weight loss. However, the reception team is so absolutely terrible that it makes me consider switching doctors every single time I have to interact with them. They never pick up when you call (yes, even during open hours), they do not call back when you leave a voicemail, and they mess up the ... read more
Dr. Katie Brown is very wonderful to work with and very caring. She really takes into consideration all aspects of weight management, which is really nice. However, the clinic as a whole is nothing special, especially their communication. Their responsiveness on calls is really frustrating because they just do not seem to pick up at any hour of the day. Definitely needs either better or more office assistants.
