The providers are so nice and lovely but the receptionists??? DISGUSTING. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. You are the first point of contact and to speak to patients like they don’t matter is insane. I am overly upset with the interaction i had.
By far the worst outpatient center. Constantly double booking and when I arrive I can never be seen because there’s two people for the same time. Absolutely no respect for military veterans like myself.
Gel is one of the best thing that has happened to my life 👍🏻
