Very professional, friendly, efficient.
Had wrong gown put on with metal snaps for mri. Techs were nice. Biggest issue is I went in to measure my brain tumor and when the results came back no mention of a brain tumor.!!! Are you blind!!??? I contacted my doctor and told her, as you could clearly see it in the images. She had to contact the imaging department to amend the reading so it was correct . They updated and acknowledged there is a Tumor, but still failed to measure it for my neurosurgeon. This is life threatening! How can you miss a Tumor on the brain.!! E... read more
Great place. Love all the Dr’s there. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have been ahead of the game for a lot of my issues. Very comfortable and personable.
If I had the option to leave zero stars I would. I arrived at the office at the exact time my text from them instructed me to, I was the first person there. I sat there for 40 minutes while they cleaned the waiting room out--twice. I went up to complain and was told that they had me down for a different time. Their text message told me the time to be there, the person at the front desk didn't bother to ask why I was 30 minutes early according to their account. I am too busy to wait this long.
