I have found this office to be kind and responsive . They have always b en respectful and easy to work with and have been very happy with the care from all aspects of this office.
I'm sorry if you have to go here and encourage you to look further even though it will greatly inconvenience you. You do not have to settle for Samaritan. Plus, the PA I saw here is anxious to move her work to Albany, so do not rely on continuation of care from doctors who will not lower themselves to work and live in this location permanently. My main concern was that they cancelled my surgery because I mistakenly expressed my anxiety about surgery to the PA over the phone which upset her, and she decided that I must have m... read more
