Absolutely awful. I’ve been calling for 2+ months, leaving voicemails with my correct contact information finally spoke with someone today, (wasn’t the correct person) and they supposedly attempted to call several times however the number on file wasn’t mine. Why the hell did the person I spoke with today not confirm my contact information? On another note, I am paying out of pocket to be seen, I should be able to see the physician and/or clinic id like without a referral.
