Had a virtual appointment two weeks ago, it was canceled without notice. I had an appointment right now, the video link didn’t work, and by the time it did, it kicked me out. I got back in and the provider wasn’t there. I have no way to reach her. I can’t get through to anyone. I don’t know if she is sick today or anything. She’s a good provider but if I can’t actually see her because this place is broken, what is the point?

I’m sure everyone is entitled to their ratings based on who their physical therapist was. However, I personally have to give this facility 5 stars. Not only has my physical therapist tried every avenue to help me improve my ankle injury, I sustained another shoulder injury shortly after and she was able to treat both of my injuries every other appointment with new approaches and different exercises every time. I'm surprised by the low stars. I've had PT for my leg at this facility about 2 years ago it was excellent. And I received a lot of ideas for self care at home. This year I hurt my arm. It did take a few months to get in. But it was the same time period for all the other facilities in corvallis. So far I love working with my PT. She is very encouraging, very knowledgeable and has lots of ideas for self care at home as well.

New review: I was being seen for pelvic floor therapy during pregnancy. It was great. I had a postpartum referral sent to this location many weeks before my expected due date. It wasn’t until the week I gave birth that I was told my pt was leaving to work at a different location with a substantially farther driving distance, and that they did not have a replacement. This has left me scrambling to look for a postpartum therapist. I was on a wait list for another place nearby and declined when an opening popped up because I wa... read more
