Half of these ratings/ reviews are not even about this office. There is no Crystal that works there. Also read some comments that are inaccurate. Best office ever, providers and staff are top notch.
Scheduled new pt appt. Received the confirmation. Take time off work for said appt. Show up to be told by Crystal this practice isn’t taking new patients and I was in the wrong. No apology, no offer to guide me to another practice. Just stared at me and then said, “your doctor ain’t even here today, she called in sick.” Awesome Crystal and Premiere Health. Awesome.
Every single person that walls through the door, your employees and doctors treat them like they are some sort of junkie. I wouldn't let them look at a dog much less a human. They are only concerned with their stock portfolios. And I'm letting EVERYONE know.
Was in hospital. To have follow up appt. Wasn’t well enough to go 1st Wk home. Couldn’t see my new Dr. for over a month. They said there was only 1 other person I could see. Only there 1 day a week. They only have 2 Drs.? No NP’s? Onmy 1 opening a week out. I couldn’t go that day. They said oh , well, you’re suppose to be ckd w/in 2 Wks if hospital stay. I asked if there were other Drs.
