No one ever answers the phone
I was having a nervous breakdown and was told I couldn't see anyone right away. I get it that they have other people to attend to. I was suicidal and I needed immediate help. Just told to go to er. Dont get me started about the service at the hospital. Treated like I was a lowlife. Moved from Albany to Portland and I got the best care right away.

I have been working with Dr. Mitchell of Samaritan Mental Health for over a year and prior to that I worked with a different provider. They are competent and professional and care deeply about their patients. Specifically Dr. Mitchell is very technically knowledgeable and a great listener, she considers and remembers what you talk about and involves the patient in making decisions about their own care while giving them good information about the options.
