Great nursing staff when you're admitted, but the ER nurses not so much unless you're Caucasian. I'm half native and they spoke to & treated me very different than if I had blonde hair & blue eyes . I was admitted & all of the nurses I had were quite amazing! They were kind, caring & professional. Jon & Shar were earth angels imho. True kindred folk!! We have been in Albany for nearly 6 years. This is the lab I prefer to have blood drawn. Always kind, short wait. The biggest thing is parking.
