I only leave reviews if they’re wonderful or absolutely terrible and unfortunately, this one is the worst most unprofessional experience. I have been calling for five years straight without an issue. These new people they hired, Are absolutely unprofessional and have zero clue what they’re doing, and have no problem breaking the law, except one wonderful and sweet receptionist. Every time I’ve dealt with Dr. Bob, he has been very gentle understanding and very caring listening to everything and helping I can’t say enough good things about him
The negative reviews about “Dr.BOB” are scary, because they depict the same behaviors we dealt with — anger, intimidation, threats, and the like. As the other review said: LUCKILY I am strong and educated about our rights and I protected the baby. I left this clinic. I got sick of their crap bouncing me to doctor. The doctor doctor. They are not like they used to be. I don’t like the new doctors that worked there. I’m getting sick of being bounced around when I asked for something nothing ever happens this clinic is not the best clinic to send anybody to it used to be better now it’s gone downhill… they need to get better at keeping their doctors around and running things better ask for a female doctor.
