I have never experienced such a great staff In a hospital setting.. every person I encountered was kind caring and understanding. I've never been happy to be seen an urgent care before but this experience was amazing. Thank you everybody for being so respectful
On hold for 40 minutes I hung up and drove down there out of town just to get a question answered and some lab contact info. Only 2 people standing in the take-in line. None in waiting room. That is what I was on hold for?? Three office workers at front desk and not one could be bothered to answer the phone.
