Persistently schedules appointments months out, then sends 1 reminder text 2 days before, nothing the day before, nothing day of. They also have never managed to give me an appointment before 10am despite me explaining that I work nights and that 10am is the equivalent of 10pm for me and is generally well over 16 hours into my day, yet I have now received a call telling me that because I have missed multiple appointments (due to not being properly notified and having a “professional” establishment be apparently unable to sch... read more
I felt heard, respected and safe. I'm glad a called and scheduled an appointment here. Dr. Tessa Reff is awesome. I also saw Michael Crowe. He made me feel extremely heard and explained emdr. I look forward to my new team. The receptionist are friendly and the nurse was too. Thank you everyone for your patience, kindness and service. I feel confident in the care I have and will be receiving.
