I felt heard, respected and safe. I'm glad a called and scheduled an appointment here. Dr. Tessa Reff is awesome. I also saw Michael Crowe. He made me feel extremely heard and explained emdr. I look forward to my new team. The receptionist are friendly and the nurse was too. Thank you everyone for your patience, kindness and service. I feel confident in the care I have and will be receiving.
