Great staff , and have always been very accommodating every time.
Horrible experience. This place was an absolute nightmare with the most unprofessional staff imaginable. I called 911 and the squad took me there late on a Thursday night. I went there with a detached retina but no one seemed to know what that was. Fluid was filling my eye and I was losing sight. I waited for two hours and still hadn't seen a doctor. I asked to be transferred somewhere else and yelled "help". A guy came in my cubicle and told me to shut up. That they didn't appreciate me speaking to the staff that way. All i... read more
I went to the ER because I was in severe pain well the doctor came in the room and told me he was not going to give me any pain meds but Toradol I told him I was not allowed to take that with my liver and my heart condition so they took me to X-ray and I ended up having to wait and then they finally took x-rays and they hurt my back in the process I have a really bad back and I told him that but they act like they didn't care I'm never ever step foot in that hospital ever again next time it happens when I'm down here visitin... read more
Went in for a MRI of my left elbow. The radiology team had me lay belly down with my left arm over extending my shoulder for 20-30 minutes. I could barely lift my arm afterwards and my shoulder was numb and tingly which none of these issues were occurring before. It is now 3 am and my shoulder is in pain and still numb to the touch. What kind of health care place causes further injury in order to determine another. Went there tonight thinking I had a broken foot. They were so quick to get us in and so kind. I will absolutely pick them for an emergency compared to other hospitals around. Thank you guys for being so great
