Dr. Hicks and nurses on third floor/ICU are the best. Samaritan gets a bad rap, but unfortunately my husband had to be there and admitted twice within about 6 weeks (diabetes complications), and he received superb care

Horrible experience. This place was an absolute nightmare with the most unprofessional staff imaginable. I called 911 and the squad took me there late on a Thursday night. I went there with a detached retina but no one seemed to know what that was. Fluid was filling my eye and I was losing sight. I waited for two hours and still hadn't seen a doctor. I asked to be transferred somewhere else and yelled "help". A guy came in my cubicle and told me to shut up. That they didn't appreciate me speaking to the staff that way. All i... read more
