The absolute worst customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have left five voicemails over the course of a week, once a day and still have not received a return call. Please do not use them if you have a choice of another provider. They are THE WORST.
Samaritan CPAP Res Med machines and supplies, trouble returning phone calls. 2 months of broken CPAP Res Med and waiting for machine. All paperwork complete was told it would be 1 month before I could get fitted for new machine. Longtime customer 30 years now. It wasn’t this slow years ago. Do not recommend Samaritans CPAP services. One stars too many. Clinton Kelly
