Sorry service and attitude with employees. Will not listen to patient and the bull about knowing what your co-pay is before delivery is a crock. I am about to return my item and do business with someone else. They are not worth the headache of doing business with them.
I want to thank Denzel for his amazing service. My mother is 90 and Thanksgiving weekend her oxygen machine was making a lot of noise and kept turning off! Denzel came out and brought a new oxygen concentrator and was very nice. He took his time and explained everything to my mother. He was patient and thorough. Thank you, Denzel, for your help.
