No wait in the waiting room but I was prescribed drugs I didn’t need for the issue I didn’t go there for and left with the reason I came in for and basically told it was all in my head. Turns out it wasn’t. Thanks.

I will take some of the blame here and this is all about the Nurse Practitioner that I saw tonight. I'm having some extreme knee pain that is getting worse every day. I can't sleep and nothing makes the pain go away. I go to the ER at about 11PM last night. The provider is telling me what's wrong with my knee from a two month old MRI. I'm telling her that it's getting worse, that something is just wrong. I have parkinson's and when stressed, I don't communicate really well and get agitated. I went alone. We are an out of town family in Moses Lake for a soccer tournament. This was the best ER experience we could have possibly asked for. No wait time, knowledgeable admit team, nurses, and doctor who stitched up my daughter’s shin. They had incredible bedside manner for both of my daughters who were scared. Thank you for all you do for your community and for those of us visiting!

went in for stroke they did all the tests except an mri because its broken and to call Monday morning called in and the mri still broken and they do not know when it will be fixed. wtf
