Sadly, we had an awful experience with Kim when trying to arrange an appointment for physical therapy. The patient was treated HORRIBLY by Kim....then again today she was nasty to me. I certainly hope that your calls are recorded and you are able to play back the conversations with this Kim person. Is this how people are treated here?

Amazing people, however I was fraudulently billed for time spent doing stretches and exercises and manual therapy at the higher rate. Took months to resolve with billing and customer service and now that they finally are billing me the correct amount they've sent my account to collections because they sent 4 bills. UH is a terrible.
