One of the receptionists (bald, heavy set, white woman) was extremely rude when we came in to schedule an appointment for my daughter. She actually rolled her eyes when we said we wanted to schedule an appointment instead of go to the ER and wait for 3 hours. Even Chris, the other receptionist, apologized for her behavior. I will be filing a formal complaint with the board, as this is not acceptable or professional behavior of a medical staff member.
We were out of town from Ohio and mt husband had a bout with A-fib. We had excellent care from PA Bob and nurse Phil. Two well inform medical personnel. Bob had things under control and never once did we feel unsure of the care we received
Called the hospital today for a possible rx complication, was told I don't have a doctor here (though I've been a patient here a few times, even had a surgery!), and since I went to urgent care, they would have to transfer my call there. When my call transferred, the receptionist was quite rude and said she couldn't help me, and "I don't know why they transferred you here, I can't help you"
They OPEN AT 9am… They are having a hard time changing their hours… Google makes it hard to change for some reason…
Down right horrible. The doctor was wearing sweat pants and a logo hoodi, had to go to the ER in the valley to get the help I needed. So unprofessional and nasty. She on you all.
