I can tell you I will never again see Caitlin Donegan-Tartell. Did not listen to anything I said, gave me dirty looks and asked if i had a disorder!!!!!!!!!! I don't care what happens or if i get worse if i cant see anyone else id rather go to an urgent care before i see that lady again. Worst experience with her as a “doctor”. So unprofessional. Im glad i went spent money & got no wheres!!!!!!
"We don't accept new patients" edit: reply to owner: What a generic and meaningless reply. I bet you have a half dozen variants of it intended for the occasional patient who was unhappy with treatment or misdiagnosed. But my review is based on the fact that you guys straight up reject any new patients. Went in with skin and nail issues on one of my fingers after waiting a year for said appointment. Was dismissed immediately and told to buy Cetaphil. I wasn't in the office anymore than 5 minutes. I'm glad we moved states. Great to learn they could've done a nail clipping test. Turns out it WAS nail paoriasis. Pretty awful when you beg for help, have an idea of what it is, just to be dismissed. Glad we caught it in time so I could start biologics. Absolute worst dermatologist I've ever been to. Very pleased with my visit. From reception to nurses and the doctor, everyone was wonderful. Questions were answered. Followup visit scheduled. Great experience.
