Haven’t even got an appointment yet, first of all I had to call off 3 weeks to even get a response this place is a goddamn joke. I used to use them when I was younger and my dad passed away they helped me a lot. Now they could care less about even getting you in, but they’ll damn sure make sure they get that insurance card. I cannot comment on the quality of their care because they couldn’t be bothered to respond to the three phone calls and voicemails I left over a period of three days. If you’re not accepting new patients, I would suggest to put that info right there at the top of your home page. I’m glad this wasn’t an emergency.
You cannot get an appointment here. I left so many messages and never once received a call back. After a month of this, I called every day on my lunch break (which changed every day, so it's not like our breaks just matched up). EVERY day for seven business days, I called. Seven phone calls and no one picked up. I left my email and requested an email address so we could set up an appointment that way. Nope. I even showed up to the building. Would give them no stars if I could. Don’t even know how their services are because I could never get an appointment for my daughter. Called the first time and they said 4-6 weeks but they were going to send paperwork to fill out. Filled out the paperwork online, 4-6 weeks came and went without a call. Gave them a couple more weeks and then began to call weekly, left a message every week and not a single call back. Hate to think about people in crisis that they never get back to.
Was trying to set up therapy for at least a year. Would get an occasional email to fill out a form. 12 months later.... Still nothing. Good job guys. Very professional.
