This would be higher. The service has been great and thorough. But I'm not giving a 5. They can do everything but sign a piece of paper that will allow me to keep my job, and for no reason other than they just don't want to deal with it. If you need FMLA stuff taken care of, DO NOT come to this clinic. They will screw you and waste your time.

Really great staff and the phlebotomist is excellent.
We were camping at Pot Holes state park and our son woke up with what I assumed was an ear infection since he had been fighting a cold and suddenly spiked a fever with ear pain. With limited options and not wanting an ER bill I was able to sign up on their website ahead of time and walk in and be seen almost immediately. The drive from the campground was about 25 minutes.
