I’m very pleased with our care here. Being from out of town and dealing with a child who has symptoms of an ear infection was not on my list of things to take care of this week but I’m very thankful for this urgent care because we needed them for handling just that. They were quick and efficient. The office staff was pleasant and the office was immaculately kept. It was a pretty cut and dry situation that didn’t require much deliberation in dx and tx so I was thankful for the quick and helpful response to our need.
This would be higher. The service has been great and thorough. But I'm not giving a 5. They can do everything but sign a piece of paper that will allow me to keep my job, and for no reason other than they just don't want to deal with it. If you need FMLA stuff taken care of, DO NOT come to this clinic. They will screw you and waste your time.
