Lazy. Called to get refills for my mother and the Receptionist said that she couldn’t put it in to get done till after her appointment. Didn’t matter that she’s out and she’s been on it for a long time. If I could put zero stars I would. I work in health care as well there’s no need to wait to put in to get refills bc you can’t get it done right now? I get that you can’t get it done right now. You guys are always behind. Put it in and get it done before you close. simple.
