Had a mammogram screening scheduled. Went to my doctor appointment right before my mammogram appointment and my doctor requested a diagnostic. I went to my mammogram appointment and they denied me a mammogram all together. Told me to reschedule because my doctor added diagnostic. Let me clarify that my doctor saw a concern and the breast center denied me a mammogram. I rescheduled my mammogram with a different provider. I don't reschedule with providers that are careless and unconcerned. Terrible staff!
I have been coming here since 2007 . The ladies who do the mamogram are now few as many have left. I had asked for a 3 d mamogram as I was told to have this done when called back to come back in. The lady did not do what I asked and communication was not there. (Donna) Then I had two ultrasounds of my breast and once again communication was nil.
