Left after 3 hrs. Stage 2 hypertension, head injury and monoxide poison 5 days prior. Urgent care would NOT see me as they said get to ER, Poison control same thing. Came in double visio high blood pressure dizzy light sound head pounding. Watched people come in after me, one guy actually fast walking to get food real quick seen before me and came in after me....So apparently while every other entity saw this as an emergency...Albany ER could care less. It’s always slow and the front desk wants to bill you the most money possible. Albany ER sucks go to Corvallis they are better samaritans. I will never go to Albany ER again
My husband waited for 5 hours and was not seen and then when he told them he needed to leave they made him wait even more to sign paperwork so he could leave without being seen.
Still the same terrible place. Nurses can’t even look you in the eye with respect.Its like they missed communications class or something. Goofy operation.
