I Love her! She listens and always ask before I leave the visit has all my questions been answered. She also ask is their anything I need her to do for me. Ive never had a provider ask me that.
Very unprofessional and staff is not very helpful neither I called to make an appointment and they told me to go to the emergency department to get seen before I make another appointment with her needless to say she will not have to worry about me anymore I’m finding a new doctor as of today
Maybe it's a fluke with me, but my experience with Nurse Harrell can best be described as "neglect". I went in and asked for help with three very specific conditions I was concerned about especially as they'd been going untreated, all of which she said would turn up on a blood test. I went for a blood test (had to go to a lab), & later got voicemails informing me I was low on Vit. D and also I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes & that they'd prescribed me something for it.
