Had my first well woman annual visit with Dr. Winterrowd yesterday. It was an extremely pleasant experience. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very easy to talk to and really listened to my concerns. She is able to provide sound medical recommendations in a non judgemental fashion. Her nurse was also very nice and had a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend this doctor.
I went to Dr. Winterrowd for a second opinion on a procedure. I had already had this procedure with another doctor 2 years ago and found the experience painful and traumatic. The experience with Dr. Winterrrowd was completely different. She was able to offer me a dose of medication to calm my anxiety prior to the procedure and utilized local anesthetic for the procedure. It was like night and day. I felt comfortable, respected and validated. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
Dr. Winterrowd is fantastic. She is kind and caring, she truly listens to her patients. She is quite knowledgeable and shares her knowledge in a manner that can be easily understood. The office is clean and has a comfortable waiting area. The exam rooms are tidy and thoughtfully designed. Scheduling my new patient visit was easy and getting my follow-up visits was also easy. I'm so glad to have found Dr. Winterrowd and highly recommend her.
The most impressive experience at a physicians office in a LONG time! From the moment I walked in - attentive, courteous and efficient staff made me feel welcome.
