Great experience. First time I visited a dermatologist and came away with an effective treatment. Dr Sam was on time, friendly and fast. She was knowledgeable; took a close look and prescribed some cream that took care of an issue I have had for 25 -30 years! UPDATE I had a follow up visit with Dr Sam yesterday and she was a few minutes "late" to my appointed time. She was NOT late, she was delayed because she took the time necessary to completely treat her previous patient. She is the kind of Doctor everyone hopes to find!
Please avoid this provider. I don't know how many people they've done this to, but they didn't respect my gender identity, and then asked me to undress IN FRONT of them. In that moment, I was unable to speak up and process what was happening, so I just was like "what??" And they replied with "I'm going to see it all anyway" so I just asked "can you please at least turn the other way?" Which they did, but seemed to scoff at.
