I cannot say enough good things about Samantha Rush and the way she has represented my husband. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Communication was poor—calls and messages were not returned, and when we did speak with the attorney, she was dismissive and frequently interrupted. There was a clear lack of accountability. Rather than taking responsibility for missed updates, she repeatedly blamed her staff. Mrs. Rush was "snooty" and on a few occasions raised her voice at me almost yelling at me during the consultation. I will not be retaining her services nor do I recommend Rush Law Firm LLC.
