My very first time visiting Dr Zimmerman’s office, so first time meeting Sam. In a nutshell, she’s WONDERFUL!! Sam put my mind at ease and by the end of my exam, I felt like I’d made a friend! Sam totally understood my Brit speak (which made it even better) when I mentioned biscuits, which are neither cookies or scones!! We got on very well, very professional, and very thorough. I will be meeting Sam again prior to surgery, and I’m looking forward to it! If I could, I’d give 10 platinum stars!!
Samantha is great and very thorough as a NP. Good at explaining things and very caring!
