Dr. Mucha is a competent compassionate doctor. She is responsive and did a wonderful job taking care of my daughter. I am very thankful for her attentiveness and care

They did NOT contact me to let us know that my moms appointment was canceled by the office. , my grandma had to call them to confirm the day of for the time. They have my cell phone number, they could have called. This place is a joke. Couldn’t handle a perforated ear drum as another client posted even. Says a lot..
If I could give no stars I would. Went to her for a perforated ear drum and fungal infection in my right ear back in 2019. Left her office with a fungal infection and perforated ear drum in both ears due to them not switching out the otoscope tip . Left her office. Healed the right one and still dealing with the left ear, going into my fourth surgery to try and fix the perforation. Would avoid at all costs.
