Disorganized and outdated. The doctor was very pleasant but had limited experience with newer methods and procedures. The staff was terminally disorganized. On the first occasion, after an hour's wait, I had to reschedule the appointment - very inconvenient. The second appointment was over an hour late. I asked that my records be transferred to another physician and a balance suddenly appeared on my account that the staffer could not explain. Great Practice. Dr. Anderson and her Nurse Practitioner Lisa are both fabulous at want they do. They always make you feel at ease and are very thorough but quick. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
Great medical professionals here~ Dr. Anderson was my doctor for 3 years and saw me through having two children. I had complications with both of my deliveries and her as well as her staff were on top of things. She is cautious but looks out for the best interest of both mother and baby. She goes the extra mile for her patients. The second pregnancy I was not able to see her once my pregnancy went smoothly.
