On my first appointment with Dr. Lawson, she tried to put me on Effexor ( a bipolar med) for hot flashes due to menopause (no anxiety, no depression) without even discussing what type of med she was putting me on. I looked up the generic med she prescribed and found that it was Effexor. On my next appointment, I told her that I did not take that medication. I can say things has changed here. I will say what is still at 5 star level. I will end with the deeply troubling change that has occurred to me and the response that was just as troubling. The front desk's friendly, communication and ALWAYS PROFESSIONALLY treatment hasn't changed. Infact has improved with more staffing to give 200% A-1 Service! Everyone was very friendly.
Dr Lawson and her staff are very kind and caring. They have never dismissed anything I was concerned about. She is knowledgeable both as a medical Dr and holistic Dr. They are very thorough in side effects of medications and does their best to put you on something with the least side effects. My family and I all go here and have never been happier.
Dr. Lawson is very professional and super friendly. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly as well.
