Dr. Sam is an excellent doctor, but the communication and scheduling processes could be improved. It appears that when you schedule an appointment with them, that’s when they open their doors. Consequently, if you have a tight schedule like I do, scheduling can be a challenge. Additionally, they never responded to my appointment request, and when I visited them, they were still closed. To this day, I haven’t received any response.
