I have had no negative interactions with anyone there. If there is anything I could complain about it would be the wait times they can sometimes be long
Maybe a great doctor but every time I go see her I wait at least 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment for her to come into my room..walked out twice! To be a professional you must respect that your patients time is as important as hers.best bet fid a more respectful doctor!!!!
She genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Smith has been there for me. Anything I needed from her, she has always went the extra mile for me as a patient. She's one of the best PCPs that I ever had. When I was being hired by the federal government, there were a lot of protocols, and deadlines on meeting their standards. It was a lot of documents that she had to fill out for me. She never complained. And I'm living the dream now. But, I couldn't have did it without her support. Thank you, Dr. Samantha Smith! I’ve been taking my mom to see Dr. Smith for mor than a year and I’ve found her to be professional and caring towards my mom and her health. Tran is also very supportive and helpful. I don’t believe or support any of these negative reviews. Have there been mishaps? Sure but no one is perfect. All I know is that Dr. Smith and Tran both care about their patients based on how they’ve cared for my mom. I can’t thank them enough.
