SAMANTHA WELCH IS THE BEST!! I can't say enough things about the way she helped us through the selling of my mother-in-law's property. We ourselves live 11 hours from Pennsylvania and she made selling property in PA a breeze!! She done everything to make the process seamless. Samantha is a fantastic realtor, she is obviously dedicated to her craft, and it is evident that she has spent much time perfecting it. My family moved across the country and being able to land in a home, sight unseen, was a blessing in and of itself. Samantha made that happen. She also was always available to answer questions or work through issues, and we had a lot with this home! But she fought for us, and in the future if we move, sell, or buy I will be calling Samantha!

I have used around a dozen realtors over the years and Samantha is far and away the best. She is knowledgeable about the area and has good insight into the different neighborhoods. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a skilled and knowledgeable realtor.
