I had done therapy several times over the years, which had been helpful, but working with Samantha really helped me to get a handle on the intrusive thoughts that had been driving my anxiety. She is patient and extremely non-judgmental, and it's obvious she knows what she's talking about and cares for you as the client. Highly highly recommend.
