Samantha helped us determine, very quickly, which local markets were going to meet our needs and how we could best capture value (and beauty) within the budget we set. She was also flexible in the kinds of support she could offer as as we switched our focus from buying a 2nd house to buying a lot we could build on. She went out of her way to connect us with builders and other experts who were able to help us think through the process. We would definitely work with Samantha again!

We recently bought a home in New Paltz and Samantha was a fabulous realtor. She met with us multiple times and showed us multiple properties in New Paltz and Rosendale. Then, when we decided on the one that we wanted she helped us put together a competitive offer and helped us negotiate the final price. She also helped us find an inspector, a contractor, an electrician and someone to do yard work/snow removal.
