Dr. Cragg and her entire staff are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly caring. The time is taken to explain every step during the appointment so my daughter feels in control.
Amazing doctor for my son who has Hypotonia. She's sweet, knowledgeable and gets to the root of issues. She will get any answers you need and communicates well to primary doctors and so on. Love her! Highly recommend.
Wastes our time over and over. Seemed upset another doctor prescribed afos for our son. After that we are done with her. It's been nothing but issues. She told us our son was dying, changed her mind a week later said he had a different disease, then a week later changed her mind again. Avoid this uncompassionate "Specialist" at all costs. Go out of state if needed. She's very condescending. She also admitted that she said the other things simply to scare us into doing further testing which came back completely negative. We had a great experience with everyone in the office! Everyone was so kind and helpful! We’re new to the area so Dr. Cragg made sure my son was on the list for everything he needs and taught me exercises I can do with him while we’re on the waiting list.
