Samantha Brocwell & her nurse were very professional, knowledgeable, & so sweet! I really appreciate Samantha's encouragement & kindness ! She made me feel comfortable as I was really nervous! She's very compassionate at what she does, I'm so grateful for her! The front desk receptionists are always professional, helpful, & so pleasant! I'm so grateful for those ladies!
Samantha was very professional and showed excellent empathy and understanding of my concerns. And she addressed each with thoroughly to help me to understand my present condition. I would like to also state that every time that I have been the office all of the staff were also very professional. Thank you and I would recommend this group for anyone getting a knee replacement surgery or hip replacement surgery as well. My wife had to have hip replacement surgery performed Shortly before my knee.
Sam is an amazing practitioner. She explained everything in detail. The whys of what we are doing. She took her time and answered all questions with kindness and compassion. I was very impressed with her.
