We had to do a virtual visit due to weather issues. Samantha was super polite and knowledgeable. She made the process so easy.
I wasn't sure about a virtual appointment, but I was too sick to go in to the office. To my surprise, it worked very well. Samantha is not only extremely knowledgeable, but very kind and caring.
This was my first time participating in a "zoom doctor tele-visit. Samantha Branson was very helpful, courteous and kind! Signing up and logging into the meeting via zoom was a pretty easy process.
