I live on 711 Ashland Avenue secane pa 19018. This building is managed by these same slumlords stonelock properties . I have called every organization on them from LNI to the attorney general. These slumlords are despicable and prey on minorities, foreigners and low income individuals. I have had two sewage water floodings and one major leak and they refuse to do their job. Just moved here a month ago and they promised me renovations that are still not done. The building is old. I have a dirty bathroom that was promised to be done that was never done. The tub is pealing and the tub not caulked. The windows are old cheap and and bring in serious draft,they promised to fix and never did. Closet door is off the hinges. Water damage on the ceiling and I’m closet that they still have not fixed. They sold me on a finished kitchen and lied that they would fix everything and never came and never fixed ... read more
The move in was super smooth and Anita is fabulous! The apartment looks brand new and has all new appliances. There is plenty of parking as well!!
Zac is such a good maintence man he worked his butt off on my sink
Have to say I met with jay today very nice and pleasant person and Dan the maintenance man is very pleasant and very nice just hope you keep up the good work over here at samanna
