The Red Salmon is absolutely the best smoked fish I've ever had. Ran across it when having lunch at Shelsky's in Downtown Brooklyn. Just sent message to find a place near where I live in Suffolk County.
Best smoked salmon/lox!! It's delicious!! Employees are friendly and helpful.
You will NEVER eat any other type of smoked salmon.

This is a maker of some of the finest smoked fish that I had the pleasure of eating. I try to stop in every time I am in the area. The owners and staff are always very nice, and will take the time to stop and talk about the different fish they have, the process and the fish. Excellent experience every time I've stopped in.
