Dr Imran was very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring and answered my questions in details & addressed my worries. Very efficient team & doctor.
Dr Samad identified my congenital defect and we went with surgery. Worth the wait. Don’t be thrown off by these reviews. It is a very busy office, however with the state of our health care system right now that’s just the reality. Had a bit of a longer recovery than expected due to some complications that had nothing to do with him. The staff was able to book me in promptly and quickly with my follow-ups. Dr. I. Samad is excellent. Great listening skills and not rushed. Don’t mind the dated decor of his waiting room.
Please don't go here. There's no shortage or ENTs and this is not the one you would want to waste your time on. Thank me later :)
This is NOT A REVIEW FOR DR SAMAD - more his practice and staff overall Dr Samad’s receptionist is awful. She has a speed of speech issue and overbooks and is terribly blunt and impatient. Either she needs help or retraining but something needs to change. The wait time is atrocious especially for a specialist, and either appointments or scheduling needs to be overhauled, something needs fixing.
