After over a decade I was recently back at this clinic. First time experience was very pleasant, second time even better. The clerks are very calming and friendly, yes the wait time was long but worth it. Dr. Samad is one hardworking, friendly, scary, funny, honest doctor. He was the only one who finally heard me! Thank you Doctor, thank you to the clerk ladies. Keep up with an amazing work that you all do. And if i could i would not only put 5 stars but a hundred.
Absolutely Unacceptable Experience This was, without question, the worst experience my 15-year-old son has ever had with an ENT specialist. The specialist’s office repeatedly called us before the appointment and instructed us to arrive one hour early. I rearranged my entire day to comply. Despite following their instructions, we were then forced to wait approximately 1.5 hours before the doctor finally saw us. My family Dr referred me here to check out my ear and nose. Not much of a wait for my appointment, there was just 1-2 individuals ahead of me as i arrived around 1-2pm. Took a Lime bike to ride here from NW DT home, got a parking area right by the parking lot. We did the basic examinations as well we hearing test. Even put a tube through my nose to see if any problems. I was unsure having read reviews. My experience was very positive. He was a good listener, patient and kind. I had trouble (very scared) of the nose tube needed to take a look. The dr. stopped, talked to me, offered local freezing and then gently guided me through it. I’m impressed and extremely grateful. Great specialist!
