This is NOT A REVIEW FOR DR SAMAD - more his practice and staff overall Dr Samad’s receptionist is awful. She has a speed of speech issue and overbooks and is terribly blunt and impatient. Either she needs help or retraining but something needs to change. The wait time is atrocious especially for a specialist, and either appointments or scheduling needs to be overhauled, something needs fixing. I went to see Dr Imran for my hearing loss, he was very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring and answered my questions in details & addressed my worries. I happened to have a cough the same and had lost my voice- although I wasn’t there for this, he himself offered to do a check on that, too and helped with a diagnosis and medication. Very efficient team & doctor.
I am glad I didn't read the reviews before my appointment today with Dr. Samad. I was there for assessment of vertigo. I found him and his staff to be friendly and professional. I was seen almost immediately without waiting more than a few minutes. I was assessed and examined by Dr. Samad and had my hearing tested, given the results, advised as to next steps, and all within less than 40 minutes. I found the whole team to be quick and efficient. Thank you.
One of the worst doctor i ever seen in my life without doing any check up or diagnosis saying rudely or impatienty "ok you good to go"even throat gland inflamtion can be seen by naked eyes .oh my god i still wondering how this kind personalties of working in this respectful profession so last i would recommend doctor to get retirement asap to save othere patients from suffering
