I paid this doctor via tele-health because I’m currently experiencing flu like/COVID symptoms. He asked if I needed a doctor’s note for work and only signed off on a note for one day (meaning I am to return to work at midnight) instead of excusing me from work as I am visibly sick. I wrote a message to ask for assistance in this matter and still haven’t received a response. I would like a refund for the money I’ve paid.
