這裡沒有一個特定的知客，客人來到都先到智能板腦報到然後就耐心等待。這店明顯的人手不足。少了一個知客就造成了有人冇位坐，有位冇人坐的悶局。眼見還有兩三張四人枱寂寞的在等候下一個主人，我們卻悶等了二十分鐘才入座。 這裡的小二都很專業，動作快而準。不過三個人做五個人的工作，難免沒有時間和客人打交道。餐具，茶壺，點心，全部都放下就轉身就走。不過全部都不失勤快。 最先來的竟然是叉燒包。我們吃了第一口就開始讚不絕口了。這裡廚房裡的點心領導人必定是一位香港師傅，而且一定是高人。陸續來的點心我們全部都很滿意，味道口感賣相都是精品。唯一可以挑剔的就是鹹水角的粉皮略厚。不過味道沒有失真。此外，牛肉腸粉是傳統美國唐人街的舊式腸粉。粉皮比較厚不過餡料多，包出來的腸粉不是一個圓筒，而是扁扁平坦的一片。不過陳皮牛肉，芫茜也沒有遺漏，一定是傳統港式師傅的手工。雖然粉皮厚了，影響了口感，粉皮和餡料比例還可以，這腸粉及格的，只是不可能高分。
